July 2006
First Calaboose Cellars
We decided to plant grape vines and start a winery. It was a humble beginning. But it kept us busy for years.
February 2013
We’re a Brewery
We put together a home made brew system and started brewing in what was called “the side deck” at the winery. Then called “the brewery”. And now called “The Lounge”.
March 2015
Moved Brewing Operations
Ok. We needed more room. 250 square feet was not cutting it. We got a loan from The Sequoyah Fund to buy the old A&P downtown. 7,000 square feet. Kinda rattled around in it. Still do.
